Buroba, Lord of the Keid

In 4922BH, Buroba was born from He, a spirit of the earth.
Buroba is also an elemental spirit, and Buroba is thus
associated with wind. However, it wasn't even a year before
Buroba began to take a disliking to the commands of his
superiors. Of course, He and the others tried to persuade
him, but he saw fit to break from their chain of command.
Many say it is because Buroba is stubborn, and if his way
isn't right, then there is no right way at all. Others say it's
because Buroba didn't believe in harming others without
reason, which is highly unusual for an Odanon. He fled to
an island called Jindiara -- a long stretch of humid jungle
and cold mountains. In the jungles, by a great lake, he
made people in the likeness of himself. These people
were named the Keid.

Because of his affinity with wind, Buroba is a very
knowledgeable Odanon. His far-reaching sense is able to
perceive things that are happening across the entire world
and because air does not completely vanish, portions of
past happenings are present even in today's wind, and he
can read these portions. This makes Buroba a much
sought-after figure in the societies of the Keid. Buroba
speaks daily with the wisemen and wisewomen of the
temple, and Keid are generally encouraged to speak with
these men and women when seeking advice, but if the
situation calls for it, Buroba will speak with anyone who
wishes to meet him personally. Though he is indeed higher
than any Keid, he considered his own people entirely
worthy of his presence and knowledge, because he made
them to be how they are.

Right, Buroba, with his 1221 coatl bird feathers in his
headdress.

Buroba's temple is called Genxren. It is in the lush jungles of Jindiara at the top of the Keid city of Shuptalxia. The temple is also a place of worship; anyone who wishes to make an offering of any size to Buroba may simply leave it at the temple in whatever place they think Buroba might see it and appreciate it best. Genxren is often beautifully adorned with elaborate carvings, vivid and rare flowers and plants, and intricate beadwork, as well as many other hand-crafted tidbits. Fanorans do not enter Genxren, and they do not attack the wisemen or wisewomen.
