God of Creation
Formally known as
Nikhinah Likhssandeh Hadrinaeltrios Mohakhssamiliah (one name for each eye colour), Nikina is the child god of creation. He is the opposite of
Garukavar in that he is a personification of all things coming to life and into being. His children and offspring are called
Hireos. As well as representing and instilling creation, Nikina is often connected with morality, the idea of justice and peace, and other positive ideals, though creation isn't necessarily positive or negative.
Nikina's Appearance
Whenever Nikina takes a form and steps down onto Riiga's solid ground, he takes the form of a 12-year-old boy with golden rough hair and normally blue eyes. He bears a heavy red cloak that drapes around his neck and shoulders and hangs right around him, reaching the ground. He wears what is similar to a skirt that reaches his bare ankles, which is also red. Nikina is also clad in 21 golden chains, forged by Daesdikhin, the younger son of Enkhaedis. These chains wrap around his chest like a figure X and also act as a belt. His choice of weapon is a sword, usually silver, as Odanon are weak against this mineral. He has been known to wield maces, spears, and other basic yet intricately designed weapons.
It is said that nobody but Nikina can both fit within the chains and wield them comfortably.

Chain 20: 26 links. Joins Chain 13 and Chain 11.
Chain 21: 35 links. Joins Chain 12 and Chain 13. Goes around the front.
It's calculated that Nikina bears the weight of 441 gold links, which equals 21 multiplied by 21. Assuming the gold of his chains is the same as normal gold, one link would weigh about 200g, putting the total weight of his chains at about 90kg or almost 200lbs.
Nikina's Eyes
The
Dutri clearly states what it means when Nikina's eyes change colour. He has four distinct colours, and each represents different things and also puts him into different "moods".
- When his eyes are blue, he acts his age and his name is Mohaxamilia. He represents birth and growth, and is often cheerful and kind. Like any child, he is prone to throwing tantrums if provoked.
- When his eyes are yellow, he acts like a mature man and his name is Lekzander. He represents spirit and soul, often associated with the afterlife or Adumbra. He speaks very properly, if not somewhat condescending, and also becomes a great tactician.
- When his eyes are green, he becomes like an all-seeing eye and his name is Nikina. He becomes quiet and is both omnipresent and omniscient, though he doesn't necessarily vanish from sight. This is what he does when followers ask him for special guidance. He also represents light and energy.
- When his eyes are red, he becomes like a bloodthirsty warrior and his name is Hadrinaeltrios. He will attack anything that threatens him or anything innocent and will not stop until he must. He represents peace and choice, as, when either is threatened, he will act viciously.
Early on, many were confused at Nikina's violent side until it was explained further. It is a belief of Nikina that, one must fight simply when must. He does not fight without a serious enough motive and believes that assertion can only get you so far. There comes a point where one must stand and strike down those in one's way when nothing else will possibly work. Admittedly, this is a rare occurrence. There is almost always another way around such a situation. When Nikina's eyes change colour, he does not change appearance and does not forget or remember anything.
Nikina is also only capable of portraying emotions associated with each aspect whilst in any state. As Mohaxamilia, representing birth and growth, expresses both a youthful naivety and a peculiar thirst for learning things. Lekzander, as spirit and soul, expresses the vigour and authority of a mature male and the passion and strength of a mature female. It's not quite known what Hadrinaeltrios expresses (peace and choice) because Nikina has never shown this aspect to anybody and it is therefore never heard of in history. People only know of it because of what Nikina told the first people at Hunnuklad. Nikina, as light and energy, shows mostly a calm and clear attitude.
Nikina's Creatures
As it is Garukavar's duty to send down monsters to attack people, it is Nikina's duty to sustain the creation of Riiga through his own creatures.
The following is a list of Nikina's known creatures:
According to the Dualkedorian Order, Nikina resides in a place with his shimteak. This is supposedly a fortress or palace of some description hidden on Riiga. Most members of the order will say it is hidden somewhere in the Sideways Mountains, in eastern Huirnon, near Velena. This is mostly due to the alleged shimteak sightings at the temple there, and the fact that it is considered an unreachable area. Others will say that it is underground or someplace very bizarre and impractical. Somehow, it has become fact that shimteak spend most of their days in this fortress under Nikina's watchful eye, maintaining their otherwordly strength through combat and meditative techniques.
History
Nikina himself does not come down and make changes to the people of the world. This is against
Forganad's universal laws. The
Dutri states that Nikina and Garukavar were sort of "realisations" of Forganad. This suggests that all three gods were always in existence, but were not necessarily existing. Nikina first created
Ilertav, who, in turn, carved out Riiga's structure. Some time later,
Renin -- the first human -- was born from Nikina. After that, after many more years, Nikina bore
Leuvana, who later turned neutral. They are the only three Hireos Nikina ever created.
Nikina then inspired such orders as the
Paladins and the sacred order of the
Lord, founded by Renin and carried on until the year 250AL, not long after
Erinduo, the third Lord of
Central, was slain. After this, he spent less time in Central. From time to time, he would appear in
Hunnuklad in the city of
Phedailin at the summoning of the
High Priest at the time. Once Central lost its order of Lords, Nikina spent much more time in the East, appearing quite often -- specifically in Hunnuklad, within a specific room designed for divine meetings.
There is more on Nikina's history in the
Dutri.
Abilities
It goes without saying that Nikina has the power to create life from unused matter. It has also been mentioned that he has skills with weapons. Many scholars claim that, since elemental magic involves creating effects through calling power of elemental spirits, Nikina has ultimate power over elemental magic. Such a claim has yet to be either witnessed or supported through Nikina's own words. As the gods of Riiga are omnipotent and omnipresent, Nikina, when in his human form, has no real limits.
