A celebration of the beginning of the new year.
20th Lord Renin's Birthday
Central. A celebration of Lord Renin's birthday. Usually highly celebratory, with wine and duelling for entertainment.

11th Lady Trelinia Day
A day dedicated to
Carson's mother, Lady Trelinia, and also
The Scouring. In West, nobody eats the evening meal, and towns gather as one to watch the sun set. In Central, Small boats are lined with candles and sent out to sea. In East, archers fire lit arrows into the sea at night for one hour. All parts of Riiga mourn for the loss caused by The Scouring.

8th The Hunt
A day of hunting for sport, following afterwards by a large feast. Many old hunters often come out to share their hunting stories with the younger ones.
22nd King's Birthday
East Riiga. A celebration of the current king's birthday, regardless of the day he was actually born on. It's usually celebrated with a hunt.
Surnaia/Aurind
17th Natkun Day
East Riiga. In remembrance of King Ahartui and the other soldiers who fell at the hands of Jaugevim and the Karithians during Desert Storm. People sprinkle sand across their front doorsteps out of respect for both humans and Karithians.
29th Peace Day
West Riiga. The anniversary of the completion of Carson's Wall. It's also a celebration of the first victory the soldiers had over The Enemy.
Rapucius
5th Moon Festival
A night festival (sunset until sunrise) held in honour of the moon. The moon has a halo for most of Rapucius, and a bright moon makes people feel safer and is meant to be good for the body.
19th Sir William's Day
East Riiga. A remembrance celebration for Sir William, who died on this day in 3394BD. All paladins are called to Duracia receive blessings of hope from the High Priest.
36th Mid-Year
A celebration of the middle of the year.
Omortis/Belian
21st Emperor's Day
West Riiga. Celebrated in South Ideitess only. On this day, all citizens are supposed to stand along the sidewalks of their towns and await the arrival of the emperor. The emperor only visits one town, but nobody knows which one it will be before he arrives.
30th Darkness
Central. A day of grievance, for it is the day that Lord Renin and many others were killed by Murluron during The Darkness.
Hroda/Erinecia
5th Fistfighters Day
East Riiga. The day when
fistfighting final tournaments are held. Because it only happens once a year, most of the rest of the year involves trying to reach the finals lists.
Erucha/Leatia
17th Forfax Day
West Riiga. A celebration in remembrance of
King Forfax. The most common form of celebration on this day is
Nortu wrestling.
Nikinus
2nd Carson's Day
A day for
Sage Carson dedicated to learning, though, oddly enough, it's a day that nobody goes to school.
38th End Year
A celebration of the end of the year, followed by New Year.
