The races of Riiga can be broken up into numerous categories, depending on the stance one wishes to take. To some, there are simply humans and then there are hybrids, to others, there are human-like (more human than animal) races and then there are animal-like (more animal than human) races. Below is a table roughly describing the main 11 races plus all three sub-groups of humans. For descriptions of the human races, see human races. Please note that any history sections found on the racial articles are written from the point of view of the common knowledgeable Riigan human, and will most likely contradict or conflict with any religious or traditional beliefs of the same cultures.
