Loose sleeveless tunic, bracers, loose pants, cloth bands/belt
Distinguished by the cloth bands, rugged edges, dull colours, and practicality |
Common in most poor areas, but not in the colder climates. It varies heavily depending on the use of the outfit. For example, loose pants can be tied up to held prevent damage to the bottom hems of the pants, or if wading or work in mud is required. Belts are rarely used; cloth is used to secure everything instead. The example on the left depicts an outfit worn in a warmer region, possibly near the sea. Tunics with sleeves are just as often used as sleeveless ones. |

Long-sleeve tunics and/or skirts with trimming designs, loose pants, capes or cloaks, tall boots, black leather belts
Distinguished by the trimmings, clean whites, neat designs, and expensive materials |
Elaborate and expensive, most prevalent in upper class North Ideitess/Nidonn. The colours vary depending on the region, but whites and golds are common and are used to display superiority. Though blue distinguishes Phedailin from the rest of North Nidonn, it is also one of North Ideitess' primary colours. Hems are often decorated with trimming and detailed patterns. For more casual use, comfortable versions may be worn, such as a loose white shirt with trimmings, pants, and neat shoes. |

Long-sleeve tunic, pants, tall thick boots, patterned scarves and wraps
Distinguished by long sleeves, scarves, and wraps |
In Huirnon, wraps and scarves are so common and cheap that they are considered mundane and lowerclass, but in North Ideitess, they resemble something slightly more unique and tasteful. Long sleeves denote cold-weather compatibility and tall, thick boots are designed to be used in the snow. Sometimes a hooded cloak is used, depending on the severity of the weather. Males tend to wear thick jackets as opposed to scarves. |

Dark vests, long-sleeve shirts with excess sleeve, waist cloth, loose pants, boots, sweatband
Distinguished by vests over white tunics and waist cloths |
The fur-collar vest is a sign of Huirnon fashion, actually inspired by Sirins. Again, long sleeves generally imply a design aimed at keeping warm. In this case, the extra-long sleeves are a sign of a luxury available to those who can afford to purchase such a design. The waist cloths, unique to Huirnon, are for extra warmth, or for wiping one's hands. In North Nidonn, if the weather isn't so cold, the long sleeves can be rolled up and the pants can be replaced with shorts for a warm-weather alternative outfit. |

Singlet, arm cloth, waist skirt, shorts, leather boots
Distinguished by dark singlets, waist skirts, and small boots |
Similar to the first lower class outfit, yet of a slightly higher standard. Note the use of a proper belt, shoes, two layers over the legs (including a waist skirt, fashionable for both genders in some regions), and the cloth around the forearms. The clothing is still simple and practical, but appears less like one can't afford more clothes and more like one is simply dressing for comfort and fashion. It's especially common in warmer areas, hence the singlet. |

Headband, tube top, patterned skirt, bracelets, bands, loose shoes
Distinguished by tube tops, patterned skirts, and hair accessories |
Detailed dresses and/or pants and simple tops denote good quality in South Tasif and North Nidonn, specifically in warmer areas. In the case of women, jewellery means power and status, but in the case of men, it is often tattoos or other such markings. Colours are always intensely warm and the bright red against warm tones indicates that she is a Simbean from Laurondirin. |

Tunic, loose pants, sturdy boots, belts, sweatband
Disintuished by belts, dark tones, hardiness, and practicality |
The typical outfit of an adventurer is dark and neutral so as to often blend into one's surroundings. Belts are practical and often able to carry excess items. Knifes are often kept hidden in pockets and gaps. The clothing is always made for the environment. A headband with hanging ends denotes a slight to mild disrespect for authorities in most civilised regions. The blue grip of the sword indicates that this adventurer is from North Ideitess. |

Back scarf, belts, beads, string, gauntlets, cloth, loose shorts, waistbands, hardy boots
Distinguished by back scarf, waist wrap, gauntlets, beads, and boots |
This unique outfit is used only by raiders, and as such, variations of it are not only a mockery of their culture, but are an invite to be attacked by certain people. Raiders wear such unique items as strings of beads over one shoulder, the back scarf, the thick waistbands to keep sand out of their clothing, and generally bear an assymmetrical design. |

Patterned skirts and singlets or tunics, multiple skirts, dark shoes, arm bands
Distinguished by dark tones with bright patterns, and an unnecessary amount of clothing layers |
Nelren nobles and even imperial guards don this colour combination of intense warm tones against dull and dark greys. Patterns are often simple but bold, such as the zigzag red line around the base of the outer skirt, the studs along the bottom of the top, and the jagged seam spikes on the inner skirt. South Ideitess is easily the only place where nobles despise light colours. Cloaks and capes are rare but also widely used, especially by anyone who is travelling. |

Trenchcoats, tunics, pale pants, tall leather boots, belts, cloth
Distinguished by whites and browns, trenchcoats, and leather usage |
Considered to be a conscious counterdesign against the patterned, dark, bleak, and contrasted noble tastes of South Ideitess, the middle class outfit is quite the opposite. Bright colours aren't used, but light tones are. Its design speaks of good taste, but not so good as to put all else to shame. It is practical, hardy, and effective in both cool and warm weather (removing the trenchcoat changes the outfit entirely). |

Cloaks, sleeveless tunics, leather or fur bracers, loose pants, big boots
Distinguished by unique cloaks, fur bracers, and folding tunics |
The unique style of cloaks in South Tasif involves a shawl-type shoulderpiece which can be raised to cover the mouth from flying sand. Fur and leather are common in this area so the people often wear them in many forms. Such outfits display toughness and are also worn by outlaws. The armour on the knee indicates that he is often down on one knee, either readying his crossbow or bow for a lethal strike, or waiting behind a barrel or crate to jump on an unsuspecting passerby. Such outlaws are called 'crouchers', but some wear the knee armour just to confuse the paranoid guards. |

Neck shawls, short-sleeve tunics, long skirts, pants, tall boots
Distinguished by varieties of neck shawls, side-split skirts, tall boots, and simple tunics |
Best described as 'sunny', the average middleclass outfit in mid-Central is bright and simple. It has often been likened to a sunny say, with tinges of blue sky, creamy white clouds, a powdery blue sea, all topped with rays of sunshine. The pleasant weather of these areas have certainly helped to inspire such an outfit. However, what is considered high quality in Temanea is simply the average in the larger towns and cities of North Tasif. Sailors of Central also wear a similar outfit. |

Cloth bands, loose pants or shorts, sandals, strap tunics
Distinguished by cloth bands, sandals, and strap tunics |
Temanea's average outfit is tough and simple. Cloth wraps and bands are used by any wishing to appear formidable, as its believed that tightening pieces of cloth around particular muscle regions forces one to use said regions with more effort, therefore increasing muscle strength. The strap tunics, also unique to this area, are mostly a way to be protected from slightly foul weather but also to enjoy as much of the pleasant weather as possible. Sandals and open shoes are often used, but in Temanea, barefoot is best. |

| Probably the most varied and common outfit in upper class regions is this one, which leaves plenty of room for patriotic colour schemes and designs suitable for many kinds of weather. Detailed and patterned trimmings are used for tops and sometimes on skirts, and often display a hanging and loose appearance, while still appearing sturdy and comfortable. In Huirnon, such outfits can usually only be found in the larger cities, donned by the richest. In Alacas, the rich water mages wear blue and white. In the cities famous for their successful mining industries, the colours of the minerals are often used to inspire their outfits instead. |
